Collectibles Ninja processes personal data to fulfil orders, provide customer service and meet legal obligations. With your separate consent, we also process technical data for analytics and advertising measurement as described below.

Collected data may include name, address, email address, payment reference details, and order information.

Payments are handled securely by Mollie. Collectibles Ninja does not store sensitive payment data such as card numbers.

We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers for payment and shipping and when required by law. Only with your consent does Google receive data for the analytics and marketing purposes described below.

Customers have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data in accordance with GDPR.

Analytics and advertising

Collectibles Ninja uses Google Analytics 4 only after your separate consent to measure page views, cart actions and purchases. The Marketing category enables Google Ads for ad measurement and remarketing. Google then receives technical data such as cookie identifiers, page URLs, browser and connection data and, for a purchase, the internal order number and the merchandise value after discounts, excluding VAT and shipping. Our measurement module does not send names or email addresses to Google. Google receives this data; see Google's privacy policy.

Necessary cookies keep the shop and your consent choice working. You can allow analytics and marketing separately or reject both; you can still place an order if you reject them. Use Cookie settings, available on every page, to change or withdraw your choice. Rejected tags will no longer load from the next page view. Withdrawal does not automatically erase data already received by Google.
