Shipping
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking. Depending on the selected shipping method, delivery may be made with or without signature. Where applicable, additional costs for signature delivery will be clearly indicated during checkout. Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight and destination of the shipment. Orders placed separately cannot be combined and will incur separate shipping costs. All shipments are packed with care to ensure adequate protection of the contents. Shipment is carried out at the customer’s risk.
Customs & Import Fees
Orders are shipped from Belgium (European Union). For deliveries outside the European Union, shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Collectibles Ninja has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs procedures may cause delivery delays beyond our control. If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, original shipping costs and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Returns
Customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened products, excluding (Custom) Mystery products. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs and associated risks are borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned goods.
