General
These terms apply to all purchases made on Collectibles Ninja. By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms. Collectibles Ninja is not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Belgian law applies to all agreements. The Vienna Sales Convention is excluded.
Products
Products are described as accurately as possible. Minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur. In case of stock unavailability after ordering, customers will be informed and refunded.
Orders & Payment
Orders become binding once payment has been successfully completed. Payments are processed securely via Mollie, which offers various payment methods depending on the customer’s location. Collectibles Ninja does not store full payment details. If payment is not completed, the order may be canceled automatically.
Prices
All prices are shown in euros, inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, and exclusive of shipping costs. Obvious pricing errors may result in order cancellation.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders must be paid in full before the announced release date. Pre-order cancellations may be subject to administrative or transaction fees charged by the payment service provider.
Shipping & Liability
Delivery times are estimates only. Collectibles Ninja is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure unless mandatory consumer law applies.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for unopened products, excluding (Custom) Mystery products. Refunds exclude shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
